Mares is conceived as a Mediterranean lounge where the boundaries between bar, dining and outdoor living become fluid. Rooted in the surrounding landscape, the space combines natural materials, soft architectural forms and a relaxed atmosphere to create a place for drinks, conversation and lingering.

An ode to Mediterranean living

Mares began with a simple idea: to create a place to pause. The design brings together stone, olive trees and soft arches to create a warm, grounded atmosphere that feels connected to its Mediterranean surroundings.

Rather than defining the experience through a single function, the space allows bar, dining and outdoor living to flow naturally into one another. Light, material and landscape work together to create a setting that changes throughout the day.

The result is a Mediterranean lounge shaped around drinks, conversation, light and the passing of time.
